Growing up in the restaurant business in Naples, FL was very exciting. I tried every position there was for me and fell in love with baking in the early 90's.
I was given an old family recipe for carrot cake, by my mother and everyone raved. I soon was being asked by customers, family and friends to "please make the carrot cake". I can remember asking family what they wanted for a birthday gift and the response always was " I want a carrot cake" Since then I have been pleasing my family at holidays with "take home" treats and unique deserts.
The comment was always asked, "when are you going to go into business?"
Our goal is to provide our customers and friends with the best quality baked goods, by utilizing quality ingredients, taking our time and not cutting any corners. The result is moist, flavorful and delicious cupcakes, muffins, pies and caramel apples. Come try a sample and see if we are worthy of your business.
